All businesses that include exporting and importing of products must have Import Export Code (IEC) that is issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT). One can apply for IEC either as an entity or as an individual and DGFT issues lifetime valid 10 digit code for approved application. Importers require IEC to clear the customs, whereas exporters require IEC to get benefits of export from DGFT.


  1. Our executive will collect all the documents and information from you.
  2. We will apply for your digital signature (DSC).
  3. Once the DSC is approved we will prepare and submit the form.
  4. If there are any corrections or changes to be made, DGFT will send back for corrections and we will re-submit the corrected application within 15 days.
  5. Once the application is fully verified by DGFT, it will issue IEC for business in both soft copy via email and Hard copy to business center.

Documents required

  • Copy of PAN card of company or individual.
  • Copies of papers of owned property or agreement papers for rented property.
  • No-objection certificate from Landlord.
  • Electricity or Water bill or telephone bill in name of business
  • Certificate of incorporation ( for company)
  • Bank statement of company or individual
